Wanganui to Inglewood

We started our journey today, by
doing some sightseeing around Wanganui. From Waganui we drove towards
Waverley and Patea, were we visit the beach with the black lava sand. Next stop was Hawera for lunch,
then we went on towards Opunake, were we turned eastwards towards Stradford.
On this stretch of the route we had a good view of the southern slopes of Mt
Teranaki. From Stratford we continued
towards Inglewood, our destination for today. Tomorrow we will do some hiking on
the northern slopes of Mt. Teranaki. Today’s trip: Total trip
